About Resumely

Resumely is AI resume screening software built for recruiters. It also supports public job applications for candidates. It was founded in 2025 to fix a broken part of hiring: the black hole between submitting a resume and hearing back.

How it started

Every founder on our team has been on both sides of the hiring table. We've been the recruiter drowning in 300 applications for a single role, and we've seen how often great applicants get lost in the process. We built Resumely because the tools that existed were either too expensive, too complicated, or too slow to actually help.

The idea is simple: let AI do the first-pass screening so recruiters can spend time talking to people, not scanning PDFs. Candidates can still apply through public job listings, but the core product is built around recruiter screening workflows.

For recruiters

You create a job posting, set required skills, and upload resumes in bulk. The AI reads each CV, compares it against your job description, and returns:

From there, you can shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, move people through pipeline stages, and export your data. Everything stays organized per job — no more spreadsheets, no more guessing.

For candidates

Candidates can browse public job listings, open a role, and submit a resume through the public application flow. That keeps the experience simple and easy to complete without needing a recruiter account.

After submission, the application is stored for the recruiter and added to the screening queue.

How we're different

Our team

Resumely was founded by people who have worked on both the hiring and product sides of the problem. We're a small, focused team shipping quickly and staying close to real recruiter workflows.

We don't have a giant sales team or a marketing budget that competes with enterprise ATS companies. What we have is a product that works, pricing that makes sense, and a conviction that hiring shouldn't be this hard.
