Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Garments Machine Operator to operate sewing and garment production machinery efficiently while maintaining product quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines and other garment production equipment.
• Set up machines according to production requirements.
• Stitch, assemble, and finish garments according to specifications.
• Inspect garments for stitching, measurement, and quality defects.
• Maintain consistent production speed and quality.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, adjustment, and maintenance.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Report machine problems or production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating garment/sewing machines is preferred.
• Knowledge of garment stitching and production processes.
• Ability to understand basic production instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
